FOUNDED IN 2010, CATWALK EVENTS ARE A UNIQUE SET OF CHARITY FASHION SHOWS THAT WHERE DESIGNER CREATE LOOKS FOR MODELS, LOCAL CELEBRITIES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE cancer SURVIVORS AND THOSE CURRENTLY UNDERGOING TREATMENT. IT IS AN EVENING OF FOOD, COCKTAILS, FASHION, AND A ROOM FULL ATTENDEES SHOWING their SUPPORT FOR THE INCREDIBLY COURAGEOUS WOMEN AND MEN STRUTTING THEIR STUFF ON THE RUNWAY!
Since Catwalk’s debut, these events have gone to raise more than 3.5 million dollars for cancer services including education, transportation, and research at the local level.

No need to worry - we are here to help! With the “Start from Scratch” investment package, we are able to sit down with you right from the planning process. From brainstorming a theme, connecting with vendors, or creating a wedding timeline, we will be by your side from our very first meeting to the end of your wedding day.
SERVICES WE OFFER:

On the day-of, we will ensure that all vendors are set up and ready to go, and that all décor is set up to your specifications. From start to finish, we will collaborate to create a design plan that will become the most memorable day of your life! (8+ months prior to wedding date)

We use a curated document to keep your wedding on budget and organized. We will also handle your day-of payments to vendors as well as distribute any tips for vendors.

We will work together to gather inspiration and create a document to ensure your vision is achieved.

We work with the vendor to achieve the perfect overall design scheme. We are not tied with any particular one, so whichever works best all around is what we will chose! We will help transform the space into your dream wedding.

There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated for all vendors. We will send out reminders to make sure everyone is paid on time!

Lets chat about what is important on your wedding day so we are able to accurately search for venues that fit the bill. Can’t wait to tour with you!

All of the day of logistics will be worked out before hand so that you can have a stress free day. We will be onsite wit multiple team members to ensure a smooth and seamless day!

We will develop a structured timeline and layout for the day of the wedding. We will work with venue and vendors to achieve this. All floor plans will be completed too!

Ensure tenting is up to code with tent provider as well as manage install and design.

A 30 minutes rehearsal the night before the wedding to ensure all parties walking down the aisle know order and timing. Gets all the butterflies out!

This will include (but not limited to): Audio/Visual, Entertainment, Calligraphy and Signage, Invitation and Save the Dates, Photography/Videography, Catering and Beverage Services, Hair and Makeup, Dress Selection (and custom gowns). We work with a number of vendors who have a variety of styles...and of course we trust!

We will work with stationary experts and calligraphers to create the perfect Save the Dates, Invites, and we.ding day Stationary. We will stamp, stuff, and even ship them out for you!

With reasonable notification, I will make every effort to attend all meetings with other vendors and clients.

Starting at $275/person - we will be able to help you feel you best prior to or after your wedding day. (Min of 5 people)
